What we collect
When you book a consultation or send a message we ask for your name, email address, phone number, the type of project you are planning and a preferred date. We collect nothing else, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. These keep the site available and secure, and are not linked to your enquiry.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange an in-home consultation, develop your design and keep you updated while the project is running. We will not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Design questions shared publicly
If you send a design question, we may share the question and the response so that other homeowners can benefit from it. Unless you ask us not to, only your first name is ever used, and no contact details are published.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to completed design work are kept for six years so we can answer questions about drawings and meet our accounting obligations.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address on our contact page and we will action the request within thirty days.
