A restrictive floor plan opened into a multi-zone kitchen where light, movement and modern detailing finally work together.
This project began with a simple question: what would let these homeowners stay in this house comfortably for the next twenty years?
The answer was light, width and ease. The kitchen and the patio were redesigned as a single sequence of spaces, with clear circulation, accessible storage and surfaces that suit the way the owners move today rather than the way the house was drawn in the eighties.
