Architecturally Refined
A restrictive floor plan opened into a multi-zone kitchen where light, movement and modern detailing finally work together.
The kitchen was walled in on every side, and the adjoining living space had ceiling heights that changed from one area to the next.
Rather than fight the geometry, the design used it, opening the walls while letting the ceiling changes define the zones below them. The space now reads as one welcoming room rather than a series of compromises.
