Architecturally Refined
A restrictive floor plan opened into a multi-zone kitchen where light, movement and modern detailing finally work together.
The kitchen, the dining room and the family room were three separate boxes, and the family was always split between them.
Bringing the three together was the whole point of the project. The new plan keeps each area legible without walling any of it off, so cooking, eating and sitting together became one continuous activity instead of three. Function was never sacrificed to get there.
