A restrictive floor plan opened into a multi-zone kitchen where light, movement and modern detailing finally work together.
Most open plan kitchens solve sociability and break workflow at the same time. This one was drawn to do both properly.
The layout invites interaction with the neighboring spaces, while the working triangle stays tight and uninterrupted, so the person cooking is part of the party rather than cut off behind an island of guests. Utility and hospitality, balanced rather than traded off.
