A restrictive floor plan opened into a multi-zone kitchen where light, movement and modern detailing finally work together.
This was the largest kind of project we take on: a complete gut renovation, with structural expansion to give the plan the width it had always needed.
The rebuilt home reads as a single seamless environment, where gathering, celebration and connection happen naturally rather than being squeezed into whichever room happened to be biggest. Every structural decision was tested against how the family actually wanted to live in it.
